Private Sessions

Private sessions are ideal for those who want individual attention or have a specific goal in mind. During your session we will discuss your goals and work through a variety of exercises that will help you repattern your habitual movements. This is like a conversation between myself, you, and your body, and the three of us work together to develop a program that meets your needs.

After our session I will film the key points of the program we covered, with the modifications and cues that worked best for you.
